Terms of Service

Effective date:

1) Overview

These Terms govern your access to and use of services provided by Beyond Code Inspections LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By booking a service or submitting a form, you agree to these Terms.

2) Services & Scope

We provide proactive inspection readiness, plan/code review, and related consulting. Our services do not replace required jurisdictional inspections. We do not issue permits or final approvals.

3) No Guarantee of Pass

We provide expert guidance to reduce risk of inspection failure, but we cannot guarantee a pass outcome, which remains at the discretion of the Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ).

4) Scheduling, Cancellations & No-Shows

Appointments are confirmed upon written confirmation.
Rescheduling requires 24 hours’ notice; no-shows may forfeit the session/credit.
Delays due to site access or unsafe conditions may shorten or cancel the visit at our discretion.

5) Fees & Payment

Fees are as listed on the site or in a written proposal. Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise stated. Late or returned payments may incur fees.

6) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maryland, unless otherwise mutually agreed in writing.
